Blood Bowl 3: Brutal Edition (PS4)

The campaign mode is surprisingly deep, with the tactical AI actually putting up a fight on normal difficulty. I've been enjoying the brutal animations and the way injuries carry over between matches, adds real stakes.

The tutorial does a great job of easing you into the complex tactical rules before you even set up your first league match. Creating my team from scratch and seeing them get brutally crushed on the pitch is exactly the chaotic fun I was hoping for.

I've been playing through the campaign and the new AI actually puts up a decent fight, making each tactical play feel important. Creating my custom team and watching them get brutally mangled is as satisfying as ever.
