Gothic 2 Classic (PS5)

I’ve never played the first Gothic, but this sequel’s story pulled me right in and the UI is surprisingly intuitive for a classic RPG. The controls feel smooth on PS5, and exploring the open world is genuinely rewarding.

The controls feel completely rebuilt for PS5, making combat and navigation smooth rather than clunky like I feared. I’ve been hooked on the gripping storyline for hours now, and it’s easy to follow even without finishing the first game.

Even though I skipped the first game, the story here is gripping enough that I never felt lost, and the tailored controls make exploring this open world a breeze.
