イワクラ・アリア (Switch)

I was skeptical about a story-heavy Switch title, but the way it handles the post-war setting through the girl's daily struggles pulled me in from the first chapter. The text is dense but the pacing never drags, and I found myself thinking about her situation long after putting the console down.

The way the game weaves its historical setting with the protagonist's personal struggles is really compelling. I've been playing it for a few hours and the storytelling already pulled me in completely.

I love how the game’s setting in post-war Japan really makes you feel the quiet melancholy of the main character’s world. The way the narrative uses subtle environmental details to build that era is incredibly immersive. Definitely a unique experience.
