Fitness Boxing (Switch)

The calorie counter and punch tracking actually push me to work harder than I expected from a game. My arms are sore after just two sessions, which tells me it's doing something right.

I was skeptical a workout game could actually get my heart rate up, but the quick-jab combos in the 30-minute free session left me genuinely winded. It’s a fun way to squeeze in a sweat without leaving the living room, and the instrumental pop tracks keep a solid pace throughout.

The beat-matching really works—I find myself throwing proper jabs without thinking, and the instrumental pop tracks keep the pace lively. I’ve actually started looking forward to my daily session, which says a lot.
