Relayer (PS4)

The sci-fi setting hooked me immediately, and the Starchildren’s special abilities add a fresh twist to each turn. The tactical combat feels rewarding when you finally get the strategy right.

The skill tree and mech customization are surprisingly deep—I spent hours just tweaking loadouts. The sci-fi story actually kept me engaged, and the tactical battles feel rewarding.

I’m really enjoying the tactical depth of the robot combat, especially how each Starchild’s special ability changes the flow of battle. It runs smoothly on PS4, though the load times between missions can be a bit longer than I’d like. Still, a solid strategy RPG for fans of the genre.
