Dragon Quest Heroes II (PS4)

Jumping into massive monster battles with friends in online co-op is incredibly satisfying. The field-roaming maps give you plenty of space to strategize and unleash combos. I've sunk hours into this and still haven't unlocked everything.

I was really surprised by how much smoother the combat flows compared to the first game, especially when switching between characters mid-battle. The field-roaming maps feel huge and lively, making each monster fight feel like a small event.

This game is a blast for hack-and-slash fans—the field-roaming maps let you jump straight into massive monster battles without long loading screens. I’ve sunk hours into exploring the world and it feels great to take down hordes with special attacks.
