007 First Light (Xbox Series X)

I was skeptical about a young Bond origin story, but the standalone plot hooked me from the first mission. The stealth mechanics feel properly tense, and watching him grow from reckless recruit into a proper agent over the campaign is genuinely satisfying.

I was hooked from the opening scene—the way it shows Bond as a reckless recruit makes the story feel fresh. The gunplay is crisp and the stealth mechanics are surprisingly deep for a Bond game.

The stealth missions actually feel tense because you have to use your gadgets carefully. I spent a good 20 minutes sneaking through one level, and the sound design made every footstep nerve-racking.
