Crystar (Switch)

I was really pulled in by the atmosphere of Purgatory—the monster designs are creepy and the music fits perfectly. The combat system feels smooth once you get the hang of it, and the sisters' story kept me playing late into the night.

The way Rei and Mirai unlock hidden powers as they fight through Purgatory feels really satisfying. The combat is smooth and the eerie atmosphere kept me hooked for hours.

The moment Rei and Mirai get yanked into Purgatory, the dread hits immediately—the monster designs are properly unsettling, not just cheap jump scares. I’ve sunk about six hours in and the hidden power mechanic keeps every encounter feeling fresh, even when the puzzles get a little repetitive.
