Darksiders Genesis (PC)

The isometric camera and puzzle-platforming sections are a nice surprise, mixing up the combat well. I've been playing through the campaign solo and the story keeps me hooked even after several hours.

I love how the isometric camera makes the action feel fresh for a Darksiders game. The split-screen co-op works flawlessly with my friend, and the story ties into the lore perfectly.

The isometric camera and split-screen co-op make this a totally different beast from the main series. I was skeptical about the top-down view, but it actually makes the combat feel more strategic and the world easier to explore.
