勇者鬥惡龍 I & II HD-2D 重製版 (Switch 2)

The HD-2D art style is gorgeous on the Switch 2 screen, and having both Erdrick Trilogy games together means I've got a solid 40-plus hours of classic questing ahead. The nostalgia hit is real, but the remade visuals make it feel completely fresh.

I was a bit worried the turn-based combat would feel dated, but the new orchestral soundtrack and the auto-battle feature keep things moving at a nice pace. It’s amazing how much personality the HD-2D style gives to the original NES dungeons.

Took me right back to the NES days, but the HD-2D graphics actually make the overworld feel alive. I love that you can toggle between the original soundtrack and the new orchestral arrangement. The quality-of-life updates like auto-saving are a godsend for a busy schedule.
