Lord Winklebottom Investigates (PS4)

The giraffe detective premise is as fun as it sounds, and the point-and-click controls feel smooth on the PS4. I’m not usually into murder mysteries, but the isolated island setting kept me guessing until the very end.

I was hooked from the first puzzle on the island—the point-and-click controls are smooth and intuitive. The voice acting for Winklebottom really brings the character to life. A clever, charming mystery that kept me guessing.

The giraffe detective premise is absurd enough that I almost skipped it, but the hand-drawn art and the island setting really grew on me within the first hour. The puzzles are fair for a point-and-click, and the way the grisly murder unravels kept me guessing until the final scene.
