Pecaminosa (PS4)

The dialogue with the ghost mobster is surprisingly well-written, with choices that actually affect how the case unfolds. I’ve been hooked on the detective mechanics and the moral gray areas they force you into.

I've been playing through this as a pallette cleanser between bigger games, and the ghost mobster mechanic is surprisingly heartfelt. The turn-based combat feels tight enough to keep me coming back for one more case.

The noir art style and jazzy soundtrack really pull you into the detective’s world, and the ghost mobster story hook kept me playing late into the night. It’s a refreshing take on the RPG genre, even if the combat could be a bit tighter.
