Customer Reviews (4.2 / 5 · 5 reviews)

Zoe K. ★★★★★

I wasn't sure how well a remake would work, but the roguelike dungeons keep each run feeling fresh even on multiple playthroughs.

Grace Z. ★★★★★

Waking up as a Pokémon in this remake feels just as surreal and charming as I remember, and the new visuals make every dungeon crawl a treat. I love how the rescue team mechanic actually makes you care about your recruited allies during tough boss fights.

Jacob ★★★★★

I've been playing on my commute and the auto-save feature is a lifesaver when I need to stop quickly. The pixel art style in the remake looks crisp on the Switch screen, bringing back all the nostalgia.
