Railway Empire 2 Deluxe Edition (PS5)

The train management is surprisingly deep—I spent hours optimizing my first railway network between New York and Chicago. The Deluxe Edition extras like the additional scenarios give it great replay value for strategy fans.

I was genuinely surprised by how detailed the engine roster is, with over 40 different locomotives to manage. Starting from a tiny 1800s company and building my rail empire through the decades feels incredibly satisfying. The PS5 loading times are snappy too, which keeps the gameplay flowing nicely.

The tutorial is actually helpful this time, guiding you through linking cities and managing lines without overwhelming menus. I've already spent hours just optimizing routes in the 1800s American scenario.
