Space Adventure Cobra - The Awakening (Switch)

The Psychogun aiming feels incredibly smooth with the analog stick, and the soundtrack really amps up the space pirate vibe. I've been playing through it in handheld mode and it's been a blast.

I was hooked from the first level—the Psychogun charging mechanic feels satisfying and the pixel art is gorgeous on my Switch. Lady Armaroid’s AI companion actually helps in combat, which is a nice change from useless sidekicks.

The Lady Armaroid AI companion actually helps in combat instead of just being window dressing, which surprised me. Platforming feels tight and the Psychogun has a satisfying charge-up mechanic.
